SpaceFEST 2026 featured a Tech Exhibition, Family Activities, the SpaceFEST European Summit, panel discussions, and a dedicated “Meet the Academia” networking session with students and faculty representatives – making it one of the most dynamic and well-connected events on the POLITEHNICA Bucharest calendar.
BENE Cercetare was there, using the three-day festival as an opportunity to disseminate our active research portfolio and introduce the SpaceFEST community to the Wallachia eHUB – WeH 2.0 initiative. The projects we showcased – WeH 2.0, SMARDY, SeaGuard, ROMEO, OPTIX, NetZeroCities, NANOEMCA, Museion and ENHANCE Europe – span digital transformation, maritime security, smart urban sustainability, AI-powered systems, and advanced materials, connecting BENE Cercetare’s work to the spirit of curiosity and innovation that defines SpaceFEST.
