The 10th edition of BSDA 2026 – Eastern Europe’s largest Defence, Aerospace and Security Exhibition – opened in Bucharest from 13 to 15 May 2026, and BENE Cercetare was there.
Our presence is anchored by SeaGuard – a Horizon Europe project developing an AI-powered maritime border surveillance system integrating unmanned vehicles, multi-sensor fusion, and real-time threat analysis. In a region where Black Sea security has never been more strategically relevant, SeaGuard represents a concrete European response to the growing challenge of maritime domain awareness – and BSDA is exactly the right room to discuss it.
